The rising of the Matariki star clusters represents the Maori new year and it is a time of remembrance celebration and renewal' I feel what a better time to reflect and take heed and think of the our new digital journey and set goals for our future. I like to the Matariki long Weekend,has become a indigenous "Stat Public Holiday"totally enjoyed by all over the Motu, doing our favourite things like, sporting, entertainment celebrated by sharing a feast with whanau/family and friends, taking part in one of the many incredible Matariki Events going across the Whenua or simply taking a moment to remember those who have passed since the last rising of Matariki. I did not think, at my age I would live to see such an event, and participate with others celebrating our son 33 birthday as on the 24th June 2022.
